Wow! At long last, one of these images is for a book that actually exists! Alex's first chapbook of poetry was released October 3, 2004, at a party at the Victory Cafe in Toronto. The event was put on by the publishers Believe Your Own Press.
A big thanks from me to Carleton Wilson of Junction Books for the great job of designing the book. To Clara Blackwood, the artistic consultant for BYOP, who singled out this, my favourite of the sketches I submitted, as "the one". To publishers David Clink and Myna Wallin for doing everything that publishers do to get these books actually made.
